MADAME ALEXANDER ANN 18 INCH VINYL DOLL MADE IN 2008 MINT IN BOX
MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG IN VIRGINIA
This beautiful doll named Ann was made as a special edition for Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. It is 18 inches tall and made all of smooth vinyl. Her stringing is still tight. I only took the cardboard backing out of the box to take auction photos. The hair is red and pulled up into a tight chignon with ringlets that frame her sweet face. She has lashes and green sleep eyes that still work. She has soft coral cheeks and smiling lips. The doll comes in the original pink and blue striped Madame Alexander box and is in Mint like new condition.
Ann’s detailed outfit is made to look like what a colonial girl would wear. She has a lace trimmed white mobcap on her head covering her hairstyle. She is wearing an olive green short-sleeved ankle length dress. She has a snowy white apron tied over her dress to keep it tidy. Underneath she has cream stockings and black single buckle shoes. This outfit is adorable and authentic looking.
