GCB Vintage lot of Dentist Dental tools & equipment you get it all oddities 1912

Bought a small collection and breaking it up into 3 lots. I have not looked hard but the 2 items that I looked at from the collection that have a date say 1912. The rest could be earlier or later.
You get everything in the pictures except the ruler.
