    This listing is for a vintage plaque of the first first few lines in Hebrew of Genesis that starts "In the Beginning...". The quote was printed in color and perhaps came from a book that was them professionally laminated onto a piece of wood. On the back is a place for this to be hung on the wall. Someone may have removed this from a book and had it laminated as a sort of keepsake or perhaps it was a gift.
    In Hebrew, Genesis is Bereshit, and it is the first book of the Torah.
