If something is not as described contact me as soon as possible for a solution.  Returns~ All sales are final, unless a return option is include in the listing details, and any freight charges are at your expense.  Shipping is typically either a flat rate regardless of your location, or calculated shipping which is based upon shipping from California to your location ~ It is based on actual carrier charges with a handling fee ( international). I can not help it if a 50# item costs alot to ship to the East coast, sorry. I am a one man show out here not some big bad business. If I do not respond immediately to a question I may not be available that day be patient, and do not wait until the last 5 minutes of an auction to start asking ?'s.
