The International Casino Management only lasted for two (2) years, between 1986 and 1987. Like the name says, it assumed control of the former Mayaguez Hilton International casino operations. As such, it issued old stock Paulson chips with cardboard printed faces imbedded, similar to the old Dutch Inn chips. These faces are prone to scratching and fading over time, but for the most part, the chip you will receive is in almost pristine condition despite its age, as it really saw very little use, if any, but surely wasn't stored under the best conditions. It may feature some abnormal toning or coloration. Chip looks well oiled, would pass as new if not for what I mentioned.
In any case,
this is one of the rarest Puerto Rican casinos
to get anything from, if you are lucky. Because it was on the Western side of the island, on top of being so short lived, few visitors from mainland U.S. ever heard of it, or visited it, and very few chips ever made it into the private hands of locals, with most eventually gone forever.
Despite having myself living within 20 miles from this casino for over 10 years (years after it changed name) and having dedicated my last 12 years into Casino collecting, I had never come across one of this casino chips, neither seen one on someone else's collection of P.R. chips., just to give you an idea of how rare I consider it. A few months ago, a well known collector from the vicinity of this casino sold off his extensive and varied collection due to age and illness, with some of his chips eventually ending up with me, so I am now happy to offer this chip to you.

Because you paid for a medal or coin, and not for an acrylic capsule, we are not to be held responsible over capsules received cracked or broken. Medals received from the factory will feature minor scratches or nicks over which we shouldn't be held responsible. Likewise, vintage items we sell may feature imperfections due to age, tear, and wear, which may not reflect on the photos.
